Delete your Welvin account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, every thread and message, and all photos and files you've added. This can't be undone.

In the app

  1. Open Welvin and tap your photo, top right.
  2. Go to Account › Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Everything is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email support@mail.welvin.io from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll check the request, delete your account within 7 days (usually the same day) and reply to confirm.
