The short version. Your content is yours. Use Welvin for your own things, keep it legal, and you can leave whenever you like.
Who we are
Welvin is made by Dasun Induwara, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using Welvin, you agree to these terms.
Using Welvin
You need to be 13 or older to use Welvin. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep your email account secure. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
Your content
Everything you save in Welvin stays yours. You let us store and process it only so we can run the app for you: keep it, show it on your phone and let you search it.
What isn't allowed
Don't use Welvin to store or share anything illegal, to upload malware, to try to access other people's data, or to break anyone else's rights.
The beta
Welvin is in beta. Features may change, and things may sometimes break. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Account › Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Welvin is provided "as is" and "as available", especially during the beta. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for indirect losses or for loss of data, and we don't promise that Welvin will always be available or free of errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be changed by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dubai, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to your local courts.
Changes
If we change these terms, we'll update the date at the top and tell you in the app or by email before the changes apply.
